As this is considered the best day of a persons life then hotels are obliged to make sure the hotel and the facilities within the hotel are up to standard.  The accommodation in the Seychelles is usually first class, the accommodation definitely matches the scenery outside.  Many of these holidays are booked on an all inclusive basis, where the guests pay a one off fee to the travel agent, and on arriving at their hotel have nothing in the way of food and drink to pay for.  As there is no other choice but to stay within the hotel grounds, the food must live up to peoples high expectations and in many of these hotels a gourmet menu is laid out for the guest.  There is endless choice and there is usually a special on each night.  The restaurant often does BBQ’s as part of the menu on the day.  These are often hosted on the beach and are again included in the initial price if you have chosen to holiday all inclusive.

If you do choose to wed abroad then a license will need to be obtained and the usual formalities met before this can happen, so make sure that you look into all the ins and outs before booking a holiday.
